Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- Within India: 5-12 business days
- Remote Areas: 7-15 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on selected products and promotional offers.
- Standard shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use the tracking details to monitor your shipment's status.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Trendify is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact our support team. We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Damaged Package
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
International Shipping
Currently, Trendify ships only within India. We may expand our shipping services to other countries in the future.
